Hi, I’m Chef Lucy!

I’m a Michelin-trained chef and PN1-certified nutrition coach with an AOS in Culinary Arts & Management from the Institute of Culinary Education.

My career spans from working with Jean-Georges Vongerichten & Agnes Restaurant in Pasadena to edible flower artist Loria Stern. As your partner in this process, I blend world-class culinary technique with evidence-based nutrition to create lasting, personalized results.

Food has always been my anchor. Growing up in NYC, restaurants and food were my escape from a chaotic home—a way to connect with people, explore cultures, and honor food as a ritual, not just a meal. I learned early that knowing how to eat was like a superpower: a key to curiosity, confidence, and grounding connection.

Years later, when I faced the challenge of an 18-lb tumor, I turned to food again—this time to rebuild my health. I immersed myself in the puzzle of nutrition, understanding how ingredients, preparation, timing, and balance work together to support the body. By treating cooking as both craft and medicine, I restored my health, lost 80 pounds, and made food a lifelong ally.

My approach is balanced, joyful, and always leaves room for butter. Arugula is my spinach and chicken tenders are my weakness.
